Responsibilities
- Prospect new business opportunities by contacting potential clients via phone and email.
- Manage existing client relationships through regular follow-ups and support.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key contacts within the industry.
- Handle inbound calls and emails from clients, providing timely and accurate responses.
- Prepare and present sales proposals and contracts to clients.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in sales or customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience in the logistics or transportation industry is a plus.
- Knowledge of sales techniques and CRM systems is beneficial.
