Inside Sales Coordinator

About the role

Knapheide Truck Equipment Center in Flint, MI is hiring a full‑time Inside Sales Coordinator to assist outside sales team members and walk‑in customers with inquiries related to truck equipment sales.

Responsibilities

• Build standard and custom quotes
• Serve as the primary point of contact for outside sales team members to obtain order, material, and delivery status information
• Coordinate deliveries
• Manage warranty claims
• Assist with promotional sales activity preparation

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to organize and prioritize job duties to meet deadlines and ensure customer satisfaction

Schedule

Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM (full‑time)
