New Graduate Pediatric Nurse RN/LPN

About the Role

Provide 1:1 pediatric nursing care in a home setting, ensuring personalized support for children and their families. Work independently with clinical guidance and establish strong, trusting relationships with clients. Collaborate with a clinical team overseen by registered nurses, following individualized care plans and maintaining adherence to policies.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care tailored to each child's needs
• Follow care plans and clinical protocols
• Maintain documentation and communicate effectively with the team
• Uphold safety and hygiene standards, including PPE usage

Requirements

• Valid Pennsylvania LPN or Multistate License
• TB test and BLS CPR certification (in person)
• Valid driver's license
• Experience or willingness to train in G-tube, trach, vent care
• Ability to work autonomously and follow clinical directions
