New Graduate Licensed Practical Nurse (Pediatric)

About the role

Provide focused, one-on-one pediatric home health nursing care, supporting patients with skilled nursing needs in a home setting. Collaborate closely with registered nurses and clinical leadership, delivering care based on clear plans of care with oversight.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex medical needs such as G-tubes, trachs, and vents
• Ensure safety protocols aligned with CDC guidelines

Qualifications

• Valid Pennsylvania LPN or Multistate License
• TB test
• BLS CPR certification
• Valid driver’s license
• Experience or willingness to train in specialized medical procedures
