About the role

Care Options for Kids provides pediatric home health nursing services where LPNs can offer one-on-one care, focusing on patients with skilled nursing needs. This role involves supporting patients under the supervision of a registered nurse and clinical leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care in the home setting
• Work closely with a registered nurse and clinical leadership
• Support pediatric patients with various nursing needs
• Deliver care with confidence and consistency
• Build meaningful patient relationships

Requirements

• Valid New Jersey LPN License or Multistate License
• TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)
• Valid BLS CPR card (obtained in person)
• Valid driver's license
• G-tube, trach, vent experience or willingness to train

Qualifications

• Experience in pediatric care
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passionate about making a difference in children's lives
