About the role
Join a compassionate homecare team as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
Responsibilities
- Providing patient-centered nursing care across all acuity levels, including G-tube, Trach, and Vent cases.
- Delivering care during overnight shifts, ensuring clinical outcomes and patient safety.
- Utilizing electronic documentation through in-home tablets.
- Collaborating with a supportive team to maintain high-quality care standards.
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered LPN license.
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component).
- TB skin test within the last 12 months.
- Reliable transportation.
- Six months of hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required.
