Registered Nurse / Licensed Practical Nurse – New Grads Welcome

About the role

We are seeking novice Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for homecare opportunities in the Westfield, MA area. This role is ideal for nurses seeking to build skills, advance their careers, and gain experience caring for higher-acuity patients in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one patient care in the home
• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, and evaluate care
• Perform focused interviews and assess signs of physiological and psychosocial changes
• Document diagnoses and deliver compassionate care
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Current RN or LPN license in Massachusetts
• Valid health certificate
• PPD or chest X-ray
• BLS certification
• New graduates are encouraged to apply
