What You’ll Do

• Deliver high-quality nursing care tailored to each child’s unique needs.
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to develop personalized care plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and communicate changes promptly.
• Provide education and emotional support to families and caregivers.
• Ensure a safe, positive, and nurturing environment for every child.

Requirements

• Active Pennsylvania RN License
• CPR Certification (can be obtained during orientation)
• Clear Criminal Background Check

Preferred

• Pediatric nursing experience is a plus — but not required! We’ll provide all the training you need to succeed.
