About the role

We are seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide skilled nursing care in the homes of pediatric patients. This role allows for focused, one-on-one care, with support from a registered nurse and clinical leadership.

Responsibilities

• Support pediatric patients with skilled nursing needs
• Work closely with a registered nurse and clinical leadership
• Provide one-on-one care in the home setting
• Deliver care with confidence and consistency
• Value meaningful patient relationships
• Receive clear direction and support

Requirements

• Valid Pennsylvania LPN License or Multistate License
• TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)
• Valid BLS CPR card (obtained in person not online)
• Valid driver's license
• G-tube, trach, vent experience or willingness to train

• Experience in pediatric care
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passionate about making a difference in children's lives
