New Graduate Pediatric Nurse RN/LPN

About The Role

At Care Options for Kids, we provide 1:1 care in the home, offering a different approach compared to hospital settings. You work with self-sufficient autonomy, making a real difference in clients' lives. Clinical knowledge and the deep bond with families are valued. Support is available 24/7, with on-demand clinical resources.

Responsibilities

• Providing one-to-one nursing care in a home environment
• Taking direction from the clinical team and being overseen by a registered nurse
• Following the plan of care
• Following all clinical and office policies

Requirements

• Valid Pennsylvania LPN License or Multistate License
• TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)
• Valid BLS CPR card (obtained in person not online)
• Valid driver's license
• G-tube, trach, vent experience or willingness to train

Qualifications

• Self-sufficient autonomy in providing care
• Ability to make a real difference in clients' lives
• Experience with respiratory therapists for training and mentorship
