About the role

The University of Vermont Health Network Home Health & Hospice offers a Nurse Residency Program aimed at empowering new graduate nurses to become competent-level clinicians through a supportive and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver skilled nursing care to patients in their homes.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including RNs, Physical Therapists, LPNs, LNAs, SLPs, Social Workers, and administrative support.
• Support patients to remain living in their home setting.

Requirements

A two-year commitment is highly preferred.
