About the role

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineers and technicians on custom pump station designs and installations.
• Provide emergency service support for critical system failures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in mechanical/electrical technology preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in pump repair, motor repair, or related industrial maintenance.
• Knowledge of water and wastewater systems, including sewer pump stations and packaged systems.
• Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to customer sites.
• Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs, work in confined spaces, and stand for extended periods.

Skills
