About the role
This role is for a Neurosurgery Nurse Practitioner (NP) providing inpatient coverage in a hospital setting.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive neurosurgery inpatient care, including first assist duties.
- Cover four full shifts weekly with occasional weekend beeper call.
- Utilize the Epic EMR system for documentation.
- Collaborate with a medical team to deliver high-quality patient care.
Qualifications
- Active licensure (Washington or Interstate Medical Licensure Compact eligibility).
- Board certification required.
- Certifications in ACLS and BLS.
- Experience in neurosurgery.
Skills
- Preferred first assist skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Schedule
- Full-time schedule, 10 hours per shift.
- Occasional weekend call from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
