NeuroPsych Regional Patient Access Manager, Connecticut

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with pharmacies and HCPs to resolve coverage issues
• Collaborate with field sales leadership and other departments to enhance patient access
• Provide HCP training on payer policies and patient financial assistance programs
• Introduce and support technology solutions for electronic patient access submissions
• Effectively communicate with all stakeholders to address patient access challenges
• Present insights into payer policies at internal business reviews and meetings
• Conduct patient access workshops and assist with new hire training

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in a related field and 6+ years of pharma/biotech experience, with 2+ years in specialty pharmacy or market access
• Master’s degree or MBA preferred and 4+ years of experience
• PharmD or PhD and 2+ years of experience
• Strong understanding of specialty pharmacies and managed care systems
• Excellent project management skills and ability to communicate payer criteria
