Neurology - Pain Medicine Physician

About the role

Join a well-established solo practice alongside another interventional pain physician, managing a high-volume practice with over 1,000 visits per month. Work in an accredited, single-OR pain ambulatory surgery center (ASC) with a strong spinal cord stimulation volume.

Responsibilities

• Perform interventional pain procedures such as spinal cord stimulations, radiofrequency ablations (RFAs), Intracept, sacroiliac (SI) joint fusion, peripheral nerve stimulation (PNS), and minimally invasive lumbar decompression (MILD).
• Conduct new patient intake and ongoing management in a high-volume clinical setting.
• Collaborate with mid-level providers in a team-based environment.

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pain Management.
• Fellowship training in Interventional Pain.
• Residency training in Anesthesiology, Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R), or Neurology.
• Experience with advanced interventional procedures is preferred.

Benefits & Compensation

• Competitive base salary of $425,000–$475,000 with uncapped bonus potential.
• Sign-on and relocation package up to $100,000 with a 36-month retention commitment.
