Neurology - Pain Medicine Physician

We are seeking a Board Certified/Eligible Fellowship Trained Interventional Pain Management Physician to join a well-established solo practice in Southern California. Key responsibilities include: performing procedures such as stimulations, RFAs, and potentially Intracept, SI joint fusion, PNS, or MILD. The role involves working in the OR and managing a high volume of patients, with over 1,000 visits per month and 100+ new patients. Qualifications and skills: Residency training in Anesthesiology, PM&R, or Neurology with an ACGME Interventional Pain Fellowship. Candidates should have a passion for procedural work and be comfortable in the OR setting. Additional details: The position offers a competitive base salary ($425K - $475K), uncapped bonus potential, up to a $100K sign-on/relocation package, and full benefits including malpractice, 401K, CME, health insurance, and ancillary support. After one year, physicians can buy into an ASC.
