Neurology - Pain Medicine Physician

We are seeking a Board Certified/Eligible Fellowship Trained Interventional Pain Management Physician to join a well-established solo practice in Southern California. Responsibilities include performing procedures such as stimulations, RFAs, and potentially Intracept, SI joint fusion, PNS, or MILD, with a focus on OR-based interventions. The role involves managing a high patient volume, with over 1000 visits per month and 100+ new patients. The practice currently has Mid-Level Support (2 NPs) and is equipped with a single-OR accredited Pain ASC The physician will work alongside another Interventional Pain Management Physician and has the opportunity to buy into the ASC after one year. The position offers a competitive base salary starting between $425K - $475K, along with uncapped bonus potential and up to $100K sign-on and relocation package.
