About the Role

Responsibilities

- Ensures departmental goals are met, manages staffing and budgets, and supports patient care plans tailored to age and needs.
- Handles staff scheduling, payroll, and communication.
- Participates in performance management and disciplinary actions.
- Ensures operational efficiency and staff productivity aligned with leadership directives.
Qualifications
- Requires RN licensure with a Nursing Diploma or Associate's degree.
- 2–5 years of experience in a relevant role.
- Preferred qualifications: Bachelor’s degree, 5–10 years of experience, and less than 2 years of supervisory experience.
