Network Services Analyst II
About the role
The Network Services Analyst II at MultiCare is an intermediate-level technical position responsible for technical analysis, installation, maintenance, and modification of local and wide area network equipment and services. This role ensures excellent system operations through project management and analyses.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot problems and monitor system performance statistics
- Perform routine system maintenance and/or administration
- Aid in troubleshooting and resolving system problems
- Aid in installs of new system maintenance releases and system utility upgrades
- Aid in inventory of parts and materials for installations, repairs and preventative maintenance and coordinate service installations with vendors, technicians and customers
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or Information Technology preferred, experience in networking may be substituted
- Technical certification (CCNP, Network+, A+, Security+, etc.) or comparable experience required
- Three to five (3-5) years of experience in Network operations, implementing, operating, maintaining or using (as a “super user”) systems in an Information Technology or health care setting
- Previous installation experience with healthcare systems, networks, and interfaces in hospitals and/or clinic settings or with a healthcare system vendor preferred
- Current Washington State Drivers License; and proof of a safe driving record (which meets established MHS Standards) obtained by a motor vehicle report from the appropriate state

Pay and Benefits
We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental, and retirement benefits, and paid time off. The pay scale is $81,993.60 - $113,214.40 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant’s years of experience align.
