IT/Network Analyst II

What You’ll Need To Apply

• Required Education: Minimum: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Required Experience: Minimum: Two (2) years directly related professional experience.
• Preferred: Industry Certifications attained from one or more primary technology vendors; e.g. Cisco, Microsoft, Vmware, Citrix, EMC, IBM, or credential from one or more industry credentialing vendors e.g. CompTia, etc.

Behavioral Criteria

Human Resources may substitute directly related professional experience for required education on a 1:1 basis.

What You'll Make An Impact

• Analyzes complex local and wide area network systems, including planning, designing, evaluating, selecting operating systems and protocol suites and configuring communication media with concentrators, bridges and other devices.
• Aids in the development of advanced technological ideas and guides their development into a final product.
• Advises Project Support Services team on all infrastructure related requirements.
• Conducts routine monitoring of communications performance using visual, diagnostic equipment/tools, status indicator checking methods, etc., to locate problems.
• Recommends and responds to user requests for system hardware and software upgrades and changes and provides maintenance support for various systems such as electronic mail or other server systems.
• Serves in an on-call rotation.
