Responsibilities
- Manage advanced network operations, monitoring, troubleshooting, and technical support.
- Lead enterprise network incident response, root cause analysis, and problem management.
- Provide consultation on network architecture, infrastructure design, and implementation.
- Monitor network performance, analyze capacity requirements, and optimize network reliability.
- Implement and maintain network security standards, policies, and governance practices.
- Identify network bottlenecks and recommend improvements to performance and availability.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and IT operations teams to resolve complex network issues.
- Maintain accurate network diagrams, configuration records, technical documentation, and operational procedures.
- Provide technical guidance and leadership to network support teams.
- Support network upgrades, infrastructure changes, and continuous improvement initiatives.
