About the role
They need someone capable of supporting the current environment while helping execute the network migration.
Responsibilities
- Cisco Meraki – Hands-on experience with Meraki switches, wireless APs, templates/configuration, cameras, troubleshooting, and ideally multi-site network environments.
- Microsoft 365 / Entra ID – Administration of M365, Entra ID, MFA, Exchange/Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
- Active Directory / Identity – User provisioning, permissions, Group Policy, account administration, and access/security management.
- Network & Systems Administration – Strong troubleshooting across LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPNs, Windows Server, backups, endpoints, and general infrastructure.
- Hands-On Troubleshooting & Customer Support – Must be comfortable working directly with restaurant managers and corporate users, diagnosing issues independently, managing vendors, and handling escalated problems.
Preferred
- Multi-Site / Restaurant Technology – Restaurant, retail, hospitality, or another distributed-location environment would translate well. Toast POS, online ordering, third-party delivery integrations, and surveillance/camera systems would be particularly valuable.
- Cisco Routers, Palo Alto Firewall, Cisco ASA, Border Gateway Protocol (BGP)
