Duties
- Acts as liaison and provides technical guidance, analysis, advice, and assistance on the DLA network environment and networks in general.
- Serves as IT Project manager for DLA Enterprise projects, including acting as technical advisor, analyzing customer requirements, and evaluating, monitoring, and ensuring compliance with federal laws and regulations.
- Develops project plans, including budgeting, coordinating project teams, tracking progress of projects, reporting progress to DLA management, and conducting In-Process Reviews (IPRs).
- Plans, schedules, and participates in network hardware/software testing, deployments, implementations, and service allocations as liaison.
- Develops, modifies, and conducts tests, analyzes the results, and makes recommendations on solutions and improvements based on the results of those tests.
- Coordinates efforts in isolating, analyzing, identifying, and resolving network operations problems requiring level I support.

Qualifications
