NetSuite Systems Administrator (On-Site)

About the role
The NetSuite Systems Administrator serves as the primary administrator for GST's NetSuite ERP environment. This role partners with stakeholders across Accounting, Sales, Operations, and Warehouse teams to optimize business processes, support system users, enhance reporting capabilities, and drive data-informed decision-making. The ideal candidate combines strong NetSuite administration experience with a passion for improving operational efficiency and supporting business growth.
Responsibilities
- Administer, maintain, and support the NetSuite ERP platform and related applications.
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify process improvements and implement NetSuite-based solutions.
- Configure, test, and deploy system enhancements, customizations, and workflows.
- Create and maintain dashboards, saved searches, reports, KPIs, custom fields, and workflows.
- Manage user accounts, roles, permissions, and security settings.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide end-user support.
- Analyze business data and develop reporting solutions that support operational and strategic decision-making.
- Develop and maintain system documentation, procedures, and best practices to ensure data integrity and system efficiency.
- Support ongoing projects, system upgrades, and change requests.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of ERP administration experience.
- 3+ years of business analytics, reporting, or data analysis experience.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Preferred Qualifications
- NetSuite administration experience.
- NetSuite certification.
- Experience within distribution, warehousing, manufacturing, or technology environments.
- Working knowledge of SuiteScript, SQL, and advanced Microsoft Excel.
