Position Summary
Kraken Kinetics is seeking an experienced NetSuite Administrator to lead the implementation, administration, and ongoing optimization of our Oracle NetSuite ERP platform. This individual will partner with stakeholders across Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Manufacturing to ensure NetSuite supports our rapidly growing business.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for Oracle NetSuite. Partner with internal stakeholders and implementation consultants throughout the NetSuite implementation lifecycle.
Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable NetSuite solutions. Configure and maintain NetSuite modules including Financials, CRM, Inventory, Procurement, and Order Management.
Configure workflows, saved searches, dashboards, custom records, fields, forms, and role-based permissions. Support system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), data validation, and go-live activities.
Maintain overall system health through ongoing administration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization.
Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities to streamline and automate business processes. Recommend and implement system enhancements that improve operational efficiency. Lead continuous improvement initiatives following implementation.
Evaluate new NetSuite functionality and recommend adoption where appropriate.
Develop and maintain dashboards, saved searches, KPIs, and reports to support business decision-making. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across the ERP platform.
Support business reporting and operational analytics. Support integrations between NetSuite and other business applications. Collaborate with internal IT resources and third-party vendors to troubleshoot technical issues.
Support SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics, SuiteTalk, and other NetSuite customization tools as needed. Monitor integration health and proactively resolve system issues.
Provide advanced user support across all functional departments. Develop documentation, standard operating procedures, and user guides. Deliver end-user training and promote adoption of NetSuite best practices.
Serve as the primary point of contact for NetSuite questions and system support.
Manage user accounts, roles, permissions, and security controls within NetSuite. Maintain system governance and ensure adherence to company security policies. Perform periodic audits to maintain data integrity and compliance.
Aid with change management and release management activities.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience administrating NetSuite or other ERP platform or technical support.
Strong experience configuring NetSuite modules, workflows, saved searches, dashboards, custom records, forms, and permissions.
Experience supporting Financials, Inventory, Procurement, and Order Management within NetSuite.
Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Experience with user management, role-based access, and ERP workflows.
Experience with SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics, SuiteTalk, and basic SuiteScript.
Preferred: NetSuite Administrator Certification and/or SuiteFoundation Certification.
Experience implementing NetSuite within a manufacturing, aerospace, or defense environment.
Experience supporting inventory, warehouse, production, or supply chain operations.
Experience with SuiteScript 2.x development.
Experience integrating NetSuite with third-party applications.
Experience with SQL and reporting tools.
Experience supporting organizations operating in highly regulated industries (ITAR, DFARS, CMMC, ISO, AS9100, etc.).
Project management experience, including requirements gathering, testing, documentation, and change management.
Salary & Benefits
This full-time, on-site exempt position offers an annual salary range of $100,000 - $130,000 depending on qualifications and experience.
