Responsibilities
- Serve as Internal Product Owner for Salesforce and NetSuite, aligning tech capabilities with business goals
- Manage evaluation and implementation of third-party add-on applications
- Oversee system security, user permissions, and compliance
- Develop and maintain a help desk ticketing system for user support
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications with leadership
- Lead IT integration for corporate acquisitions, ensuring seamless system migration
- Oversee integration middleware to facilitate reliable data exchanges
- Facilitate UAT and post-deployment support for system updates
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience managing enterprise systems
- 3+ years overseeing both Salesforce and NetSuite
- Strong understanding of Lead-to-Cash process
- Certifications (Salesforce Certified Administrator/Platform App Builder or NetSuite Administrator/ERP Consultant) preferred
- Experience in Agile or Waterfall project management
- Advanced proficiency in data mapping and reporting
- Experience managing Salesforce in FedRAMP-authorized environments
