NetSuite Administrator & Integration Analyst

About the role

This role serves as a key technical resource responsible for maintaining integrations, troubleshooting cross-platform business process issues, supporting eCommerce operations, and partnering with business stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Operations, Fulfillment, Customer Support, and Marketing.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for enterprise applications including NetSuite, Salesforce, WooCommerce, Stripe, Avalara, SPS Commerce (EDI), Celigo, Zapier, and Amazon Seller/Vendor platforms.
• Troubleshoot system, data, and workflow issues across integrated business systems.
• Partner with business users to diagnose and resolve operational issues impacting orders, fulfillment, invoicing, customer accounts, integrations, and reporting.
