About the role
The Net Revenue Manager is responsible for delivering profitable growth by developing and executing Net Revenue Management strategies across the key value levers: pricing, price pack architecture (PPA), promotions, mix management, and trade investment. The role partners with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Insights/Category teams to embed a disciplined “volume-to-value” approach, improve decision quality through analytics and tools, and ensure governance and tracking of NRM initiatives and outcomes.
Role Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the Net Revenue Management roadmap across pricing, price pack architecture (PPA), promotions, mix management and trade investment to drive profitable business growth.
- Lead pricing and PPA recommendations by brand, pack and channel, balancing competitiveness, consumer willingness to pay and margin objectives.
- Drive promotional effectiveness by defining evaluation approaches, reviewing performance and translating insights into improved future plans.
- Steer portfolio and mix management decisions to improve value capture, including support for SKU prioritisation and rationalisation where required.
- Provide NRM input into planning and performance management, quantifying price, promo and mix contribution and highlighting risks and opportunities.
- Maintain NRM governance, guardrails and scorecards, ensuring transparency, consistency and disciplined decision-making across commercial teams.
- Act as a trusted cross-functional business partner to Sales, Marketing and Finance, translating analytics into clear, actionable commercial recommendations.
Basic Qualifications
- 5–10+ years successful experience in Net/Revenue Growth Management, Commercial Finance, Commercial Analytics, Trade Spend Management or related commercial roles of growing seniority with a major FMCG / CPG company.
- Demonstrated exposure to the core Net Revenue Management levers: pricing, PPA, promotions, mix/portfolio, and trade investment.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen with ability to connect analyses to P&L outcomes and make practical recommendations.
- High analytical capability underlined by Advanced Excel; BI tools (Power BI/Tableau) helpful; comfort with internal sales & finance data and syndicated sources.
- Able to navigate competing commercial priorities, using facts, transparency and structured trade-offs to drive aligned, value creating decisions.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
