About the Role
Join our team as a day shift, full-time Neonatal Program Coordinator Registered Nurse (RN) in Tyler, TX. UT Health Tyler is the flagship hospital of the system, serving hundreds of thousands annually. Specializing in advanced acute care medicine, our midtown location features a Level 1 trauma center, comprehensive stroke center, the region’s only EMCO program, and a Level III NICU. Our medical staff includes over 500 physicians and a full complement of subspecialty groups.

Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and oversee patient care quality, ensuring compliance with Level of Care standards.
- Manage daily operations, maintain data integrity, and develop program plans.
- Ensure program readiness and support community outreach initiatives.
- Represent the organization in regional meetings and liaise with EMS.
- Collaborate on education initiatives, support evidence-based practice, and contribute to staff development and professional growth.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Associate’s degree in Nursing (RN).
- Active Nursing license.
- BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.
- NRP and ACLS (Labor & Delivery only) certifications.
Preferred Qualifications
- BSN degree.
- 5 years of experience in the clinical specialty.
- 2 years of leadership experience.
