Registered Nurse Neonatal Clinical Programs Coordinator

About the role

Coordinate nursing program activities and resources within clinical specialty or department. Develop and oversee program, making recommendations and acting as a resource for all nursing staff related to patient care and clinical standards, policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Develop and document care plans and therapy programs.
• Oversee and ensure plan of care therapy program is implemented as indicated.
• Ensure necessary resources and/or equipment is obtained as ordered.
• May supervise and direct nursing staff.
• Coordinate, assemble, and maintain documentation as required.

Requirements

• BLS Provider – obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Licensed Clinical Registered Nurse – credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing required.
• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR required professional licensure at time of hire.

Qualifications

• 5+ years acute care registered nurse experience preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year experience with a Level 3 or 4 NICU required.

Pay

Full Time | Mon-Fri 8:00a - 5:00p
