About the role
Join our team as a Neonatal Program Coordinator Registered Nurse (RN), responsible for leading and overseeing neonatal care programs in a full-time, day-shift role.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and ensure patient care quality
- Monitor compliance with Level of Care standards
- Manage daily operations
- Maintain data integrity
- Develop program plans
- Ensure readiness
- Support community outreach
- Represent the organization in regional meetings
- Liaise with EMS
- Collaborate on education initiatives
- Promote evidence-based practice
- Support staff development
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Associate’s degree in Nursing
- Active RN license
- BLS certification (required within 14 days of hire)
- NRP ACLS (Labor & Delivery only)
Qualifications
- BSN (preferred)
- 5+ years in clinical specialty (preferred)
- 2+ years in leadership roles (preferred)
