Neonatal Nurse Practitioner - PRN - Pediatric Critical Care Neonatology

We are seeking a PRN Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to provide compassionate, high-quality care in a Level IV NICU. Key responsibilities include assessing, diagnosing, and managing critically ill neonatescollaborating with neonatologists, pediatricians, and nursing staffassisting in neonatal procedures such as intubation and line insertionsconducting rounds, documenting patient progress accuratelyeducating families on infant care and healthparticipating in quality improvement initiativesproviding on-call coverage as needed, including nights, weekends, and holidays Qualifications include MSN in Neonatal Nursing or related fieldcurrent licensure and board certification as an NNPminimum two years of NICU experience preferredstrong clinical, procedural, and communication skillsproficiency with EMR systems Preferred qualifications are experience in Level III/IV NICUs and NRP/BLS certifications.
