Neonatal Nurse Practitioner - Pediatric Critical Care - PRN

We are seeking a PRN Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join a dedicated neonatal care team. Key Responsibilities Include Providing direct, high-quality care to critically ill neonates in the NICU, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management.Collaborating with neonatologists, pediatricians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care.Assisting in neonatal procedures such as intubation and central line insertions.Conducting rounds, documenting patient progress, and developing care plans in EMR.Offering education and support to families regarding infant care and health concerns.Participating in quality improvement initiatives and adhering to clinical protocols.Providing on-call coverage as needed, including weekends, nights, and holidays. Qualifications Include Master's Degree in Nursing with Neonatal Nursing focus.Current licensure and board certification as an NNP.Minimum two years of NICU experience preferred.Strong clinical, procedural, communication, and teamwork skills. Preferred qualifications: include NICU experience, NRP, and BLS certifications. This role offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to work in a Level IV NICU, managing an average of 8-12 patients per shift.
