Neonatal Nurse Practitioner - Locum Tenens

About the Role

This role involves providing neonatal-perinatal medicine care in an inpatient setting at a 222-bed facility with a Level III NICU and Level II Trauma designation. Clinicians will cover day, night, and 24-hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform procedures such as intubation, chest tube placement, central lines, paracentesis, spinal taps, and exchange transfusions
• Deliver high-quality patient care within established clinical protocols
• Manage an average workload of 10 patients per day

Requirements

• Board certification in Neonatology
• NRP certification

Supporting Staff

Includes registered nurses (RNs) and office personnel.

Schedule

Flexible call schedules, including day, night, and 24-hour shifts.
