This Nurse Practitioner role is in the Neonatology department, set in an Inpatient Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) in Fredericksburg, VA.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized neonatal care in an 8-bed Level III NICU
• Manage patients with an average daily census of 9-11
• Collaborate with in-house OB hospitalist
• Cover 16-hour shifts and deliver quality patient care
• Ensure compliance with clinical standards

Qualifications

• VA license
• DEA certification
• Neonatal advanced practice training
• Ability to work independently in a high-acuity setting
