Neighborhood Advisor

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outreach-based case management and supportive services
• Aid seniors with housing stabilization and crisis intervention
• Advocate for clients’ needs and connect them with community resources
• Support individuals and families in maintaining safe, affordable housing
• Promote independent living and overall well-being

Qualifications

• Education: Associate degree or technical school certification preferred
• Experience: 3-5 years experience in geriatric casework, outreach case management, social services, or community-based programs preferred
• Skills: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment with shifting priorities and frequent redirection; proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite; comfort using technology in the field to complete documentation, communication, scheduling, and data entry in a timely manner
