Job Responsibilities

  • Maintains student compliance with Center rules and regulations.
  • Fosters an environment for character development through encouraging positive behaviors.
  • Assists students with injuries, illnesses, traumatic experiences, and emotional issues, documenting incidents.
  • Patrols and monitors dormitories to ensure safety and proper student behavior.
  • Facilitates recreational activities both on and off the center grounds.
  • Promotes and provides positive customer service.
  • Participates in and supports student employability programs and activities.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • One (1) year's related experience working with youth preferred.
