About the Role
We are looking for dedicated professionals to oversee classroom activities, adhering to standards set by the NC Division of Child Development and Early Education and aligning with the objectives of the current NC Pre-K Curriculum. Your role involves creating a nurturing and positive environment for children and their families, fostering strong bonds, and supporting their comprehensive development.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute learning experiences that encompass physical health, social-emotional growth, cognitive skills, and creative expression.
- Conduct regular assessments to monitor children's progress toward School Readiness Goals.
- Tailor the curriculum to meet the individual needs of each child, including those with disabilities.
- Uphold health and safety protocols, ensuring a secure and clean environment by adhering to strict procedures for hygiene, food handling, illness management, and child supervision.
