NAV Operator - Brickyard

Job Summary

We are seeking a NAV Operator who will support our manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and reconcile inventory
• Analyze component availability
• Communicate material shortages and excesses with Supply Chain Department
• Pick, work instructions, QC documents, and other paperwork for production orders
• Monitor material movement in production cycles
• Communicate with team members to solve problems and resolve issues
• Perform special assignments as required

Requirements

• Lift up to 50-75 lbs. on occasion
• Work in hot environments
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Proficient in Microsoft NAV
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Basic math skills

Physical Demands

• Regularly talk or hear
• Frequently stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle or feel, and reach with hands and arms
• Sometimes lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
• Close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus required

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position with Monday through Friday, 40+ hours per week. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• One year of experience in Microsoft NAV transactions preferred
