Responsibilities

• Operate weaving looms.
• Follow instructions on trailer cards.
• Perform standard work as specified in JIBS.
• Assure quality of products.
• Perform minor maintenance work.
• Knot tie and help warpers.
• Help with changeovers.
• Thread.
• Operate hoist/forklift.
• Clean looms.
• Start up.
• Work on process improvement initiatives.
• Participate on various Department Groups and Committees.
• Act as a member of the Department Weaving Team.
• Perform all tasks requested by Team Leads.
• Reads, understands, and is committed to conducting business in accordance to Albany International’s Business Ethics Policy.
