[US-DC] Pit Operator

Factor, a brand of HelloFresh, is looking for a Forklift Operator to support daily production by safely and efficiently receiving product and transporting materials within the facility. This role also involves picking inventory, adjusting records on the computer, and adhering to all safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, ship, and receive warehouse items.
• Transport materials to different locations within the facility.
• Optimize loads to ensure operational efficiency.
• Secure loads to the machine before transportation.
• Inspect vehicles for damages.
• Operate and manage technical equipment.
• Pick and wrap orders for shipment.
• Identify workplace safety hazards.
• Adhere to safety management standards and production schedules.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid forklift certificate preferred.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination.
• Proficiency in operating technical machinery and RF scanners.
• Good physical condition.
• Mathematical aptitude.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good written and verbal communication.

Pay

Illinois Pay Range: $21.25–$21.25 USD per hour.
