- Own the full recruiting process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates across various industries
- Partner with sales and hiring teams to build tailored talent strategies

- Build long-term relationships with clients and candidates
- Stay sharp on market trends, roles, and recruiting best practices
What You Bring
- 2+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience (agency or in-house)
- Great communication and relationship-building skills
- Driven, fast-paced, and goal-oriented
- Experience with sourcing platforms, ATS tools, and LinkedIn
- Background in sales or bilingual in Spanish? Even better
