Auto-Chlor System is seeking a National Recruiter to help grow and sustain a high-performing talent pipeline across the country.
Responsibilities
- Strategically source and engage passive talent for management and leadership positions nationwide.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-potential candidates who embody our People-First culture.
- Partner with regional and corporate leaders to anticipate workforce needs and create tailored recruiting strategies.
- Manage talent pipelines using data, market insights, and relationship management to ensure a steady flow of future leaders.
- Represent Auto-Chlor System's values and mission in every interaction, promoting a culture of growth, integrity, and opportunity.
Requirements
- Proven experience in recruiting management or leadership-level talent, preferably in a multi-location or national setting.
- Strong background in passive sourcing; you know how to identify, engage, and win over top talent.
- Excellent communication, relationship management, and organizational skills.
- A proactive, strategic mindset with the ability to balance multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs.
- Passion for building teams and contributing to a company culture that puts people first.
Qualifications
- College degree preferred.
- Experience in a similar role.
