Job Details
What You’ll Do
- Lead multi-channel communication strategies to effectively engage members across communities.
- Establish standards, tools, and best practices to ensure consistent, high-quality communications.
- Partner with community leadership to enhance member engagement and communication effectiveness.
- Monitor member feedback and communication performance to inform continuous improvement.
Member Marketing
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute national marketing campaigns and program launches.
- Ensure alignment of all marketing materials with brand standards.
- Partner with operations teams to drive member participation, engagement, and revenue.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the overall member communication and marketing experience.
Project Management
What You’ll Do
- Lead and manage key marketing and communication initiatives, including digital platforms and publications.
- Ensure consistency and quality of content across community websites and communication channels.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver integrated marketing and communication strategies.
Resort Lifestyle Marketing
What You’ll Do
- Support training and development of teams on brand standards and marketing expectations.
- Establish and share best practices to drive operational excellence and efficiency.
- Represent the brand and collaborate across teams to strengthen communication and marketing efforts.
Additional Requirements
Sound Like You?
- You might be just who we’re looking for if you have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- You have 5-10 years of relevant experience, including leadership responsibility.
- You have experience in hospitality, lifestyle, or multi-site environments.
- You have strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- You have demonstrated business acumen and ability to analyze data to drive results.

- Ability to travel up to 50%
- FSA status: Exempt
