Responsibilities
- Assess the market and develop strategies to expand access into GPOs and top 30 RPOs and IDNs by creating value for the healthcare system.
- Develop negotiation strategies collaboratively with sales and business executives and negotiate contract terms.
- Develop penetration strategies with sales leadership and lead execution efforts; develop and monitor KPIs.
- Build strong relationships with field sales employees.
- Own process from targeting, pricing strategy, legal review, negotiation & compliance reviews.
Requirements
- BS degree in 6 years sales experience including 3 years experience selling into healthcare systems
- Superior negotiation & influence skills
- Proven sales closer
- Contracting with healthcare systems (GPO/RPO/IDN)
- Strategic thinking
- Business acumen, analytical
- Strong communication & presentation skills
