Responsibilities
- Build and maintain high-impact executive relationships with C-Suite and VP-level leaders
- Develop and lead national sales strategies for key accounts
- Drive strategy deployment initiatives with distributors
- Strengthen collaborative relationships across various internal teams
- Execute the annual operating plan using analytics and insights
- Lead communication efforts to align field sales teams with business objectives
- Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities
- Maintain accurate order forecasting and establish regular business review cadence
- Cook up resolution of account conflicts and provide competitive insights
- Promote the company’s value proposition by increasing account penetration
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required, preferably in Technical field, Business or Marketing
- 5+ years relevant experience, preferably in Power Transmission & Bearings Industry
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Proficient in MS Office applications, CRM Management, and other business software
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
