Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain high-impact executive relationships with C-Suite and VP-level leaders
  • Develop and lead national sales strategies for key accounts
  • Drive strategy deployment initiatives with distributors
  • Strengthen collaborative relationships across various internal teams
  • Execute the annual operating plan using analytics and insights
  • Lead communication efforts to align field sales teams with business objectives
  • Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities
  • Maintain accurate order forecasting and establish regular business review cadence
  • Cook up resolution of account conflicts and provide competitive insights
  • Promote the company’s value proposition by increasing account penetration

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required, preferably in Technical field, Business or Marketing
  • 5+ years relevant experience, preferably in Power Transmission & Bearings Industry
  • Strong mechanical aptitude
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, CRM Management, and other business software
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%
