About the role
The Marketing and Leasing Specialist is responsible for promoting properties and managing leasing activities.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract potential tenants
- Manage lease negotiations and paperwork
- Attend open houses and other events to promote properties
- Handle tenant inquiries and provide information about available units
- Ensure compliance with all local and state regulations regarding leasing
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in property management or leasing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of local and state leasing laws
- Experience with CRM systems
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
