Responsibilities
- Ensure site compliance with national branding, programs and the marketing goals developed for the property.
- Develop, distribute and ensure accuracy on all leasing and marketing collateral, flyers, etc., as needed.
- Supervise the planning, preparation and implementation of marketing and leasing events, property events, social media competitions, etc. as approved.
- Absorb and ensure execution of monthly marketing calendars and initiatives.
- Attend and participate in leasing and marketing calls/meetings.
- Develop, train and mentor other onsite team members.
- This will include customer service, responding to leads, conduct tours and phone call training.
- Establish sales and marketing strategies to increase traffic and closing ratios.
- Conduct regular marketing research and maintain thorough product and market knowledge.
- Complete and submit accurate reports in a timely manner as required.
- Lead the team in the preparation and accurate maintenance of all leasing paperwork.
- Conduct audits as needed to ensure completion of all files and that this information is accurately represented in Real Page.
- Recommend new strategies as the market evolves.
- Successfully build and maintain solid business to business relationships within the community and Agencies.
- Perform various special projects and tasks as directed.
Requirements
- High degree of proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
- Must be proficient in social marketing platforms including: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat, Pinterest and other programs as needed.
- Must have knowledge to complete market surveys and Affirmative Fair Housing Marketing Plans.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years leasing, real estate or hospitality experience.
- Affordable Housing Certificates and Fair Housing knowledge a plus.

- Ability to train, motivate and develop team members.
- Goal oriented.
- Ability to work independently and lead a group.
- Must be organized and detail oriented.
- Bi-lingual; English/Spanish preferred.
Working Conditions
- Sitting, walking or standing for lengthy periods of time.
- Overnight travel will be required at 75% for assignments.
