You will step into a Lead Superintendent role with a well-established, privately owned general contractor delivering ground-up multifamily and mixed-use projects. Responsibilities

  • Lead all daily field operations for 70-80 unit, ground-up multifamily projects
  • Manage subcontractor performance, sequencing, and site coordination
  • Maintain and update project schedules using Microsoft Project or comparable software
  • Enforce safety standards, quality control, and regulatory compliance
  • Coordinate inspections, punch lists, commissioning, and close-out activities
  • Build strong relationships with trade partners and internal stakeholders
  • Mentor field staff and promote a positive, professional jobsite culture

Requirements

  • Proven experience delivering ground-up multifamily construction projects
  • Background with mid-rise or complex urban builds preferred
  • Strong scheduling experience using Microsoft Project or Primavera P6
  • Ability to lead subcontractors and drive schedules in live environments
  • Hands-on leadership style with excellent communication skills
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and team development
