Multifamily Superintendent - Denver
You will step into a Lead Superintendent role with a well-established, privately owned general contractor delivering ground-up multifamily and mixed-use projects. Responsibilities
- Lead all daily field operations for 70-80 unit, ground-up multifamily projects
- Manage subcontractor performance, sequencing, and site coordination
- Maintain and update project schedules using Microsoft Project or comparable software
- Enforce safety standards, quality control, and regulatory compliance
- Coordinate inspections, punch lists, commissioning, and close-out activities
- Build strong relationships with trade partners and internal stakeholders
- Mentor field staff and promote a positive, professional jobsite culture
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering ground-up multifamily construction projects
- Background with mid-rise or complex urban builds preferred
- Strong scheduling experience using Microsoft Project or Primavera P6
- Ability to lead subcontractors and drive schedules in live environments
- Hands-on leadership style with excellent communication skills
- Commitment to safety, quality, and team development
