We are a top-ranked Multifamily Developer/Builder with one of the healthiest pipelines of local ground-up work. We take pride in our employee culture and having great tenure aboard our team. We are looking to bring on a Superintendent with ground-up Multifamily construction experience due to growth. The ideal candidate will be a team player, looking for a long-term fit, and local to the area.
Requirements
- Must have at least 3+ years of full-scope ground-up Multifamily experience
- Strong tenure + a desire to join a culture driven firm
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive Salaries: $100k–$125k base
